linking domain I own to a WordPress site

  Hi,
  I own a domain through VentraIP and want to link it to my WordPress site – how do I access DNS records? I tried to do this through my dashboard but the only option was to buy a premium WordPress plan?

  Correct account: Yes

  Hi there:

  You do need one of our paid plans in order to connect your domain to your WordPress.com site.

  However, you need to access your domain’s DNS where you registered it, which sounds like VentraIP. Please follow the steps here and let us know if you still have trouble:
