Linking domain name purchased with Go Daddy

  I’ve already purchased a domain name through Go Daddy and want to sign up for a business account with WP using that domain name. Before I purchase I want to know how I link my current domain name here? I don’t want the web address to appear with the wordpress.com after it.

  All our paid plans include the option for you to map a domain you already bought somewhere else.

  To do this you’ll point the domain to our servers from GoDaddy’s end, and then connect the domain on our end by adding the domain mapping upgrade. That will hide the free WordPress.com address so visitors to your site won’t see it.
