linking email

    We are trying to link an email to our contact us section and we keep getting the following error.

    I have a screenshot of the error but can’t figure out how to upload it here.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

    You are referring to the contact form here, yes? From what I can see that form is powered by WP Forms, which is a 3rd party plugin for adding contact forms to your site.

    Because of that, we’re not able to take a closer look at this issue. The good news is that WP Forms does provide support and are familiar with how the plugins works. You can ask them to look into your issue here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/wpforms-lite/

    Please note your site login on WordPress.com does not work on the WordPress.org forums, so you will need to create a free account to post there.

    You also have the option to use our built in form building block, which will allow you to set up a contact form using our internal tools. This can link to your account email, a different address, or multiple addresses if you prefer.
