Linking & Follower Issues

  For some reason, all the links in my blog don’t work and direct readers to my e-mail account. Any advice?

  Second, quite a few of my friends have had trouble following my blog because they have trouble finding the, “Follow +” feature at the bottom of the page. Is there anyway to make it easier for them?
