Linking forms

I want to link several forms together so that it imitates an application form. By this I mean pressing submit on one form will take you to the next form, but the data from the first form is saved. When you finish the last form, all the information will be sent over at once to the email address of the administrator. For example, clicking submit on the contact details form will take you to the emergency contact form, but the contact details will be saved and ready to send alongside the emergency contact info, rather than as a separate email

Hi there,
On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com. A form like what you’re describing is also not possible on WordPress.com, except perhaps using a contact form plugin that works that way on our Business Plan, but I cannot recommend any form that works that way as I don’t know of any.
If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help at https://wordpress.org/support/forums instead.
