Linking from a post to a specific area on a page?

    I have just posted ‘finding your blueprint number’ in Introduction section. I wanted to link from the list at the bottom to the appropriate paragraph on the Numerology Page. I can’t work out how to do this or if I even can. If not I will alter my post but I thought it wouldn’t hurt to ask.
    Example Blueprint 1 in the post to link to Blueprint 1 on the Numerology Page, and so on through the list.

    And if I can be cheeky and add one other query. Introduction isn’t really an appropriate heading can I change that?

    Thank you in advance I am really still finding my feet but enjoying it all the same.
