  1/ use an image of a bulletin board. 2/ create separate images of +/- four PostIt notes. 2A/ each Postit note contains a link to a different website. 3/affix the active Postit notes to bulletin board from which each can be activated individually. Link to bulletin board is visited from home page.

  I think you could be referring to image mapping.

  Although we WordPress.COM bloggers cannot plugins other Volunteers have said in the past that this online image mapping process works well
