Linking my blog to my Smashwords or Kindle author page

  I would like to open each blog I write with my Author Page from Smashwords. The link would be http://www.Smashwords.com/profile/view/Mikerosie458. Thanks for any help/advise. I wanted to add the plug-in Author Showcase but I am not prepared to open a business site yet. Thanks, Mike
