Linking my Blog to WordPress.com

  I have a blog setup on Bluehost but do not know how to link it to wordpress.com I cannot find the configuration in the Jetpack Plugin

  I was able to deactivate, delete and reinstall. Then I was able to modify the configuration. Thanks.
