  Google wants me to upload HTML verification file to my blog and then verify successful upload. How do I upload the required Html verification file to my blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There is no ability to verify any WordPress.com blogs with youtube at this time. There is no blogger access to metadata and we cannot embed anything at all into the <header>. Please read this comparison http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Have you tried setting up a custom menu and then including a custom link to your YouTube channel in it?

  If you wish to add YouTube to your verified services on WordPress.com/Gravatar, you can do so here: http://en.gravatar.com/profiles/edit/#verified-services

  You can add a Google Webmaster code for verifying a site with Google (which may be sufficient for YouTube, I’m not certain) in your Tools > Available Tools section of your Dashboard. https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/verifying-blog-on-youtube?replies=7#post-1720894
