    I have a domain that links to a Word Press page, yet I’m unable to access it?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

    Are you speaking of abrahamlincoln33stars.com?

    Our logs show you cancelled that domain on 2 January, right after it auto-renewed, and we issued you a full refund for the renewal cost of the domain. So you no longer own that domain.

    We are still able to restore the domain at this point, but as you’ve already been refunded you’ll first have to pay for the last renewal again. Please let us know if we should get that process started for you.
