Linking my Domain to WordPress

  I am trying to link my domain name that I purchased through Namehcheap.com to WordPress. Do I need to upgrade to say the $8 monthly plain in order to do that? Right now, I am just using the free features in trying to build my website for my freelancing business. Thank you for your help.

  You can upgrade to any of our plans, but you will need a paid plan to connect your domain.

  Once you’ve bought a plan you will then be able to add the domain mapping upgrade to connect the domain here:
