  It looks like you are using the Baskerville 2 theme.

  One of the features of this theme is the ability to setup a social links menu. You can find more on how to set that up here:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/social-links-menu/

  In Baskerville 2 this will add the links to your header, as shown on the theme page:
  https://wordpress.com/theme/baskerville-2
