linking myblog.wordpress.com to externally hosted wordpress

  I have a blog registered at wordpress. I like the myblog.wordpress.com name but I want to have all the features available on a self hosted wordpress installation. Can I like link/route the domain myblog.wordpress.com to an external, self-hosted, wordpress blog.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
