Linking name back to my site

  In poetry sites I belong to, I am supposed to put in a name link back, so that the reader can click on it, and get directed exactly to that poem. I can never seem to make this work.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  A basic text link linking back to your site here would be like this:

  <a href="http://purplepeninportland.wordpress.com/">Enter your name here</a>

  This does not link back to the correct post on my blog. Perhaps I am not understanding all the code that has to go in?

  Your username is meant to be linked to your blog and not to any individual post in the blog. If someone wants you to drop a link to a post than do that.
