linking old blog to my new blog

  I would like readers from my old blog to be redirected to my new blog. Is this possible?
  When readers access use our old link: http://seattlewatch2012.wordpress.com/
  I would like them to be redirected to our new blog http://musesseattle.wordpress.com/

  I have only one WP domain.

  why don’t you set a Static page as the landing page of the old site, with a big “We have moved over HERE” link to the new one?
