Linking Old Domain to Account

Hi there- I had previously registered a domain through WP but changed my plan earlier this year but still kept the domain. Now I don’t see anywhere that shows I still own this domain or that it’s even available at all – how can I gain access or link the site to my account?

No, it says “This domain is still active and is not available to map yet. Please try again later or contact support.”

If you go to this link https://wordpress.com/me/purchases you should be able to see the domain you purchased.
If you’re not seeing it here, perhaps you bought it from a different account? In that case you’re going to want to read this guide to know how to transfer it:

Hi @kgharibian according to our records your domain and Business plan auto-renewed on January 6th ($318) and after that it appears that you contested this charge with your credit card company, which resulted in the domain and upgrade being cancelled.
I do see that you paid to cover the chargeback fee your credit card fined us, and this will allow me to restore your domain.
However, in order to do that I will need to invoice you for the $18 registration fee (refunded by your credit card company when you contested it) in order to proceed. Do you also plan to add the Business plan back to your account? or do you plan to use the domain with another provider? Thanks for clarifying.
