Linking on same page

  Hey I was wondering if anyone knows of a way to make a link that stays on the same page but could be futher down the page??? I want to start a new page on my blog with separate post but I just read that you can’t do that, so I was thinking that instead I could edit the same page repeatedly and have links to certain parts on that page is this possible? and if not any rocomendations for how i might go about something similiar?
