linking on same page

  i know this has been covered before, but i can’t seem to page jump.

  the FAQ entry on this told about using this line to jump:

  Click me

  but that just takes me to another page on my site:

  http://beatthetest.wordpress.com/”#a”

  instead of to the link further up.

  how can i fix this?
