  Is there any way for me to link a page to a separate website, so when a visitor clicks on the tab they just go straight to the website?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes. Create a custom menu http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/#creating-a-custom-menu and include a custom link in it http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/#adding-custom-links along with any other items you wish to include in the custom menu.
