linking pages and adding navigation arrows

I want to link several pages together, with only the parent page showing on the menu; with the last page going back to the parent page; also how do I create arrows at the bottom of each page to link them that way?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

From what I understand you wish to have the parent page displayed with a link at the bottom that connects readers to additional pages?
