linking pages menu buttons to a website
-
Hello all,
I want to link my blog from my website, so that if you click the “blog” button on my website (www.kb4girls.com) you will be transferred
directly to the wordpress blog.
I would also like it to work the other way around and my idea was to have the same menu showing in the blog as it is on the website
but if you click on the menu points (pages) that it brings you straight to that specific page of my website.
Is there any way to do that?
I very much appreciate your help!
All the best,
KristinThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There is a trick to do that, but it only works with some themes and the theme you are using is not one that it works with (only the ones listed in the left column): http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/category/header-tabs/ .
The only other alternative if you want to use the theme you have currently is to put the link in a text widget in the sidebar.

Thanks very much thesacredpath! I changed the theme to one of the listed ones but still could not figure out how to link “about” back to the “about” on my actual website… I wish things could be a bit easier.. ;) I guess my place is on the water and not so much behind the computer! :)
Do you know where to actually enter the links?
Thanks a lot again!!! -
You cannot have duplicate names on tabs. It will cause issues.
You have to write the HTML for the link and then put it into the “title” field for the page as explained in the post by Panos I referenced.
