Can you tell me more about the specific issue you’re having?
Have your posts stopped publishing to Facebook? Or were you using a Facebook widget? Or a text or image link to your Facebook page?
-
When a post was opened, at the bottom of the post was a FB icon … click on that and the post was linked to my FB page. Now there is no FB icon, even though the settings are set for a FB link.
-
It looks like your sharing buttons are only missing from your latest blog post. This is because the checkbox to “Show Sharing buttons” for that post.
You can enable sharing buttons on that post by opening it in the editor and opening the Advanced Settings menu in the sidebar. Then check the box next to “Show Sharing buttons”
-
There is a settings menu but no “advanced settings” menu. So there is no “show sharing buttons.” The instruction “show buttons on post is checked, and always has been. Please be more explicit, with step by step instructions.

in the settings-services area … facebook is an “enabled service” … and the live preview shows the Facebook icon … but it does not appear on the post itself and hence cannot be clicked.
Can you give me a telephone number to call and talk this through?

We don’t have phone support.
Are you using the classic editor instead of the homepage editor?
In the classic editor, this setting will be found in the Sharing module.
If you don’t see the Sharing module, click on ‘Screen Options’ at the top of the page and check the box next to ‘Sharing.’
Let me know if I can help with anything else!
