Linking posts to categories

    Hi,
    I have categories in my blog. Under each category are a range of posts. I want to have a line of text, the definition of each category, that can be clicked and then the user is navigated to the ‘space’/’page’ that lists all the posts assigned with this category. Is this possible? if so, how do I do it?
