linking posts to pages

    I’m redesigning my blog, using the Sapor theme, and I’m trying to set it up with categories for people to click on to find particular kinds of projects (eg cards, xmas, jewellery etc). I’ve set up a page for each of these as the main link, but I can’t get the existing posts to link to this, and have no idea how to do this, or if this will impact on future posts. Can someone please tell me what I’m doing wrong? Thanks x
