Linking posts with specific tabs

  Is there a way to linked posts with tabs? To make a tab, I have to create a new page. Is there a way to make tabs that serve as decriptors? I want to make tabs that say: Home, About, Wind, Solar, Cleantech Is there a way to create tabs with those names and link previous posts to them?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
