Linking site on Facebook, wrong blog title showing…

  Hi all.

  When I try to share the link to my blog http://whiteowlapothecary.wordpress.com

  on my Facebook page, rather than it coming up as “White Owl Apothecary” it shows up as “Lion Heart Apothecary”

  Which was the old name of my blog. I have sense changed its address, the blog name, and my username, but it’s still coming up!
  What can I do?
