Linking socia media icons in a complicated template

  I have an issue with the social media icons at the top right of the menu bar.
  I can’t seem to find a way to link the icons to their respective social networks in the template. Please advise on an alternative CSS solution?

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider.
