Linking Titles

  Can I possibly link titles so that when the title of a page is clicked the viewer goes straight to the link?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  We cannot chnage permalink structure on free hosted WordPress.com blogs. Moreover, when we do click a blog title link we do arrive on the single post page displaying the full post so I don’t know what you mean.
