linking to a blogroll

    So I’m trying to have my site start with a “page” and then have a link to the “blogroll”. Can someone please tell me how to link to the main “posts” and have the site display it like a blogroll and not just a plain RSS content page (.com/feed).
    Like if I wanted to link from an external site but my blog site’s “home” is a “page”. I’d like to have a welcome page.
