Linking to a specific point on a different page.

  I want to create a link from one page to a specific point on another page. Can I do that through the visual editor, or do I need to use the text editor? In either case, how would I go about it?

  You would have to use the Text Editor to accomplish this. You can do this through Page Jumps.
