Linking to an external site from a page title

  I’m trying to create a link from the ‘weezat.com’ page title link from our blog. I want somebody to be redirected back to Weezat when they click on that link but can’t find any way of doing it. At the moment, my only option seems to be to include a link to the site in the content section of that page.
  Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks…
