Linking to anchor scrolls page too low (on Illustratr theme)

  The issue is well-understood (see http://stackoverflow.com/questions/10732690/offsetting-an-html-anchor-to-adjust-for-fixed-header). If I add an anchor of the form <span>Some text</span> midway down the page, and then go to mypage.com#example, I will need to scroll up a bit to actually see “Some text”.

  The theme author should account for the fixed header at the top, and offset anchor links accordingly.
