linking to blog from facebook comment
-
When I type my blog url (www.extremehealing.org) in a post on Facebook, it links straight to the blog. But when I type it in a COMMENT to a post on Facebook, it says: Protected blog – Log in. THEN when you click on it, it links, but why does it have to say that and not link straight to it like in the post?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If your site is private only you and other members of the site can view it when logged in: http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/
Which means that when you share a post on Facebook, Facebook can’t see its content.
Please let us know if you need any further assistance!

It is NOT private. That is the whole problem. Why does it say that?
It might have to do with using a macro I created to write the url in Safari. When I type the url by hand, it doesn’t do that.

What’s the address of the Facebook page you are referring to?
Was the post perhaps published at the time when your blog was private (3 days ago)?
Note that once the post has been published, Facebook does not adjust changes. You might want to share the link again on Facebook.

It is still doing it, dear Happiness Engineer. But I noticed I can X that box (“Protected Blog, etc.”). So it’s no big problem. I am just curious as to why and how to stop it.
Thank you.

What’s the link of the post you are referring to? Do you also encounter this issue on new published posts?
-
I can’t give you a link because I don’t want that to remain in public view. It chases people away from my site.
And yes, it is still doing it. I told you so in my previous post.

We ran you site through the Facebook Debugger tool, this should update the Facebook cache. Could you please try to share your site through Facebook again?
