Linking to e-mail with Network Solutions

    I signed-up for a Network solution email address. WordPress is my current domain host. I put in the information indicated under Add Email Through Network Solutions email hosting and edited the DNS to the information as indicated online, but every time I try and go to the mail.treadleyardgoods.com it redirects to the treadleyardgoods.com website address. Can you please help me figure out how to resolve the problem? Until this is resolved, I cannot use my company e-mail is unusable.

    I’m under a real time crunch here, so any quick attention to this problem would be GREATLY appreciated.
