Linking to external websites

  I would like to create a page with text that contains a list of links to pages on external (non-WP) sites. I don’t want to create a secondary menu to do this (i.e. some kind of secondary menu-bar)––instead, I want the links to be in the text I write on my new page. Can you tell me how to do this please?
