Linking to finished static page already in root directory

  Hi –

  Currently, I have a finished static HTML page residing in the root directory that I would like to link to via the “link” section in my blog. So far, I have found now way of doing this. Is there a plug-in that allows wordpress to find internal static HTML’s and link to them?
