linking to imbedded video

  i am trying to create links to my embedded videos. can this be done? i want to link a blog reference of a specific exercise to a specific video of that exercise.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi. To give you accurate advice, we need the URL of your blog, starting with http:// as well as a link to the video you are trying to embed.

  i have no problem embedding videos. my problem is linking to them. here’s the URL:
  http://unknownworkout.wordpress.com/

  example: in my December 8 post on the Workout of the Week page, i would like to link ‘air squat’ to the air squat video on the ‘How To Videos’ page. I want the link in the post but not the video if that makes any sense.

  in the mean time if have had to use youtube in order to make it work.
