linking to my blog from the comments

  I’ve noticed that when I leave a comment on someone else WP blog my name is not linkable. I am thinking that it is related to the level of privacy I have set up. I’m wondering why having my blog linked from comments I’ve left is connected to letting any stranger find my blog via googling? Why aren’t these separate privacy issues?

  The choice of linking your wordpress.com username to your blog or not is yours. If you do then when you leave a comment on a blog or post here in the forum it will be “linked”.

  If you wish to do so you can do this here -> Users -> Your Profile
  find “website” and enter the url for your blog
