Linking to other government representatives' sites

  Hi, I couldn’t find an answer to this one:

  I want to put some external links in a table but it’s not for advertising purposes. It’s a link to my state’s representative site.

  An example would be a Jane Doe, Representative of District 0A. District 0A covers Eggberg, Lost Salad, and Pinot. Website (here)

  Is this allowed or should I move this to a self-hosted site?
  The site is guidingstream.com or guidingstream.wordpress.com

  Hello there,

  You can certainly add links to your site to share other websites or blogs with your readers. This can be done in two steps.

  1) You will need to create a links menu (blog roll): https://en.support.wordpress.com/blogroll/add-a-blogroll-link/

  2) Then add a links widget to your site to display the links menu you have created: https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/links-widget/
