linking to PDF

I have been spending hours trying to create a link to a PDF file, and it always sends it to the 404 (Home) page. I have a number of others links to PDF files I did a month or two ago, and they all work fine. I fact, if I create a new link to any of the previous files they work, but if I try to link the same text to the new file, nothing.
This is on a site I’m working on. http://www.loggerodeo.com. It’s the “2015 Loggerodeo Parade Packet” link that doesn’t work. You will notice all the links links go to PDF files just fine.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

http://loggerodeo.com/ is not hosted by WordPress.COM. You are posting to the wrong support forum. Our support docs do not apply to any sites that are not hosted by WordPress.COM and we do not provide support for them.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
