Linking to Someone Else's Blog

I want to recommend someone else’s blog in my post. I want to create a link you can click on to be taken to that blog. Can you tell me how to do that?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

This is the general link model:
<a href="URL HERE">Highlighted anchor text here</a>Enter your anchor text you want to link to first.
Then use your mouse to highlight that anchor text.
Next click the chain icon in the editor and proceed to create the link. -
