Linking two blogs together

  I have two family history blogs. I want to put a tag in one blog that will link the reader over to my other blog. I have been able to do this in Blogspot.com, but can’t find any reference in WordPress. Help! Thank you.

  If you have a custom menu set up, you can add the link to your other site as a menu choice. Please see this document for an explanation on how to do this:

  I want it to go to a specific location within the 2nd blog, and I want to be able to do this multiple times, as needed. Example: 1st blog refers to recipe in a 2nd blog. Instead of retyping, I just want to be able to link to that one recipe, and then allow them to go back if wanted. I don’t want just “a link” to my other website, I want a specific link.
