lINKING WIDGETS TO PAGES

  I am having issues with linking widgets on my front page to other pages in my blog. It says that the page can’t be found?
  I am ensuring that I copy the full URL?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Please read the Sela theme documentation under Front-page widget areas. If you click on the link provided below and scroll down, you will see the headingFront-page widget areas. There, it clearly demonstrates step by step to link your front page widget successfully.

  I have followed this thoroughly and every time it doesn’t work?
  Could I be copying my links wrongly?

  Would this be correct?

  Hi there,

  Please ensure if you are copying the URLs exactly the same way as stated below

  Click on About Arrows & Anchors page and click Edit(which would take you to the editor of that page)
  In the right sidebar, click on the Featured Image panel and click on the featured image(It will take you to the media gallery where your featured image would be selected)
  Click edit button on the top.
  Click on Copy under the URL field

  After copying the image URL, paste it in notepad as you need the Page URL too.
  Head to About Arrows & Anchors page and click edit.
  Copy the full link given under the title of your page.

  Once you have both the page and image URL, Go to Customize->Widgets->FirstFrontPageWidgetArea->Add a Widget->Text Widget

  Title :Arrows & Anchors
  Content: paste the below code and replace Page URL and Image URL with the respective URLs you had copied earlier

  and Publish. Similarly you can link other pages too
