Linking within page same window

  I am interested in linking to an external page from my page in the blog, so I want the external page to show within the blog page so I do not have to keep updating my pages in more than one location. I tried using my code:

  <iframe src=”http://www.idxreno.com/idx/1aresidential.asp” name=”main” width=”625″ height=”1275″ scrolling=”Auto” frameborder=”0″ class=”style1″ id=”idxc_iframe” valign=”top” onload=”scrollTo(0,0)” ></iframe>

  but this requires a framed instance so I do not know what code to use in my blog page to make this happen. Help. THanks.
