Linking Word Press to WooCommerce Account

Hi! I am having trouble linking my WooCommerce and WordPress accounts. I keep trying to reset my password to the woo commerce account but every time I do, it tells me I have ‘tried this too many times and to come back later.’ Then I wait a day and come back and it tells me the same thing. I am needing to update my Credit Card info to the WooCommerce account so it does expire. Can someone help me with this? I can’t find a way to contact WooCommerce at all! My subscription will end today if this isn’t fixed!

It looks like you’re using a self-hosted WordPress.org setup. Note the difference: WordPress.com and WordPress.org

The link to reach out to WooCommerce you attached leads right back to me having to sign it but it’s not letting me. Then I try to reset the password and it tells me the same thing again, that I’ve tried too many times and to come back. When I come back 24 hours later it tells me the same thing again. I need another way to contact their support!

You could try posting on the WordPress.org support forums. They have one specifically dedicated to WooCommerce. This would be your best bet, especially considering your blog is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, not WordPress.com.
