Linking wordpress blog to wordpress.com

    Hi guys, so I used to have a wordpress.com blog but I recently switched to a wordpress blog. I would still like my posts to show up on my wordpress.com blog, but they have to go to my website to read the whole post. Any idea how to do this? Thanks in advance!
