linking wordpress site to page host issues

    Hi, i have designed an wordpress site and now want to replace my current site hosted via Ipage.
    My email is with outlook with webmail on Ipage.
    When i pointed the domains on Ipage to wordpress it worked fine but my email stopped working (nothing came in) do i need to do something with my email?
