    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We’re only able to help with sites hosted on our servers at WordPress.com.

    Support for your version of WordPress is provided by the WordPress.org community who makes that software at https://wordpress.org/support/forums

    That said, this isn’t a software issue, and not something they can help you with either. For help adding your website to a third party platform like Amazon or eBay, you need to contact support at that platform directly, as the WordPress community has no control over how that platform works.
