  The easiest way is simply to create a Link. A regular old HTML link.

  What exactly do you mean by link to?

  There is a web site that seems to have the same graphics as the WordPress.COM site linked to your name – the web site is a WordPress.ORG install site which has a blog’s section in it – so it sounds a bit redundant to me

  For search engines having a single large site is better than two little sites

  domilyagroup.ca/ – is a WordPress.ORG install and has a blog built into it –

  Wanting to have content from domilyagroup.wordpress.com. is making things more complex than required – you can take the RSS feed from your blog here and use it on domilyagroup.ca/ – but you would need to get help for that at WordPress.ORG

  I would just make your Posts on domilyagroup.ca/ since that is a WordPress.ORG install being used mostly as a CMS (Content Management System) but it has Posts built in – just like your blog here – then you just maintain one site
